Treloyhan Lodge is situated just a few minutes walk from Porthminster Beach. It enjoys sea views across St Ives Bay, sleeps 8, and has a heated swimming pool.
Immaculately decorated, bed linen and towels are provided and there is parking space for three to four cars. Unlimited broadband and Wifi provided. Treloyhan Lodge has a no smoking policy for all internal rooms and unfortunately dogs cannot be accepted. It is available for weekly holiday rental from Saturday to Saturday throughout the year.

Accommodation in Treloyhan Lodge is spread over three floors:
On the Ground Floor, an originial Victorian entrance door leads via an enclosed granite porch to the kitchen, dining room and sitting room.
The large triple aspect Sitting Room has views over St Ives Bay, two and three seater settees, wicker armchairs, small wicker sofa and a 50" wall mounted TV. Large patio doors lead to a balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The Dining Room is panelled throughout and provides seating for 8 to dine together.

The kitchen has modern fitted cupboards and worktops, electric hob, built-in double electric oven, full size built-in fridge, full size built-in dishwasher, large microwave/oven, and a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery and cookware including a liquidiser, ovenware and pans.

Stairs from the sitting room lead to the Lower Ground Floor which is on the same level as the swimming pool. A short corridor on this level leads to a large Utility Room , which contains a washing machine, chest freezer, ironing board, iron and cold water sink, and the Garden Bedroom Ensuite with shower room, a 5ft bed, sofa, wardrobe and large flat screen TV. A connecting door leads to the Pool Room Ensuite with shower room, 3 ft bunk beds, easy chairs, a chest of drawers, a 32" wall-mounted flat screen TV and a double-glazed door leading out to the pool area.
Part of the original 19th Century Lodge with thick granite walls and solid oak floors, the First Floor is accessed by stairs from the dining room. The Victorian Bedroom has a decorative original fireplace, a 5ft bed with Victorian bedhead, Edwardian tallboy and matching wardrobe, blanket chest, side tables, rugs and ornate overmantle mirror. The Twin Bedroom has bespoke twin 3ft beds with deep sprung mattresses, a fine Art Deco wardobe, side table and mirror. The Bathroom is fully tiled with enamel bath, built-in vanity unit and over-bath shower.
The Garden is landscaped, on three levels accessed via steps, and is largely to the side of the property with sea views. The pool area has sea views, chairs, tables and loungers, and steps leading to an upper patio area with sea views, table and chairs and some landscaping. There is fencing and lockable gates around the pool for safety.

Treloyhan Lodge is centrally heated and provides comfort whatever the weather.
Bookings are available for weeks beginning on Saturdays. To allow adequate time for cleaning guests cannot arrive until 4pm on the day of arrival and must leave by 10 am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of total price should be made by bank transfer to book. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks before the start of the holiday unless the holiday starts within 8 weeks in which case full payment is required at the time of booking.
In addition a deposit of £150 is required with the holiday payment which will be returned within 14 days of the end of the holiday after deductions for any lost keys or damage.

The Heated Swimming Pool
The heated swimming pool is available from 26th May 2023 to 29th September 2023 inclusive. It has views over St Ives Bay and the submersed pool lighting and surrounding lamps give an appealing view from the sitting room. Pool heating is subject to an optional extra charge of £200 per week. The pool is serviced weekly by our contractor.

A footpath runs down the side of Treloyhan Lodge to Hain Walk, part of the South West Coast Path. It is just a few minutes walk from Treloyhan Lodge to Porthminster Beach along a quiet footpath.
