BREAKFAST
At Little Leaf Guest House we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Every day we offer fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, and fruit juices; followed by a full English breakfast. There is always one other hot dish for those who prefer variety and this changes daily. Vegetarian options are always available, and we will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements.

Our Rooms
All rooms at Little Leaf Guest House have a kettle with a selection of teas, herbal teas and coffees. There are flat screen DVD/TVs with freeview, wi-fi internet, a (decent) hairdryer, handwash and shampoo/shower gel. Importantly, especially in the summer, all the curtains have blackout lining so you won’t be woken up at 5am. We want you at breakfast… but not that early! An iron and ironing board are available on request.
Room One has…
A double bed and an en-suite shower room with separate sink. It’s on the first floor and overlooks the back of the house (which is pretty green). We’ve used our favourite fabric for floor length curtains with matching cushions; and there are plenty of shelves, hooks and a wardrobe for all those things you packed but probably won’t need.

Room Two has…
A king size bed, and walk-in shower room. It’s on the first floor and there are spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and St Ives Harbour, which can be seen from either the armchairs in the bay window or the private balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Room Three is…
Suitable for a couple or as a twin. It has a double bed with a single bed which can be extra storage if it's not being used. There is tons of light and it’s a real sun-trap in the late afternoon. It has a great en-suite bathroom and is our only room with a bath and a shower. There is a small armchair for those times you don’t want to face the television and plenty of space for bags, hats and coats.

Room Four is…
The cosiest room in the house. Right up in the eaves on the second floor it has loads of character, with more than enough room for a double bed and en-suite shower room with a separate sink. It overlooks the back garden and has lots of cute nooks and crannies for all your bags and toiletries. We love it and are very proud of it.

Room Five is…
Right up at the top of the house with ‘sky scraper’ panoramic views of St Ives Harbour and the Atlantic. It has a double bed and a new en-suite shower room with separate sink. The two armchairs nestle into the eaves of the room where you can disappear into a cup of tea or coffe, read a book and feel totally at peace, or take in the views of St Ives using the large skylight.

The Garden Room is...
The latest room to be added to Little Leaf. A double room, en suite (of course) with doors out to its own private garden where you can set up a little BBQ or just enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine outside at the back of the house (please note that this is not a sea view room). There is a large, flat screen TV/DVD and it’s lovely and quiet.
