Trewan Hall, a 17th century manor house, is located in the centre of Cornwall on the north coast between Newquay and Padstow. The Hill Family celebrated 50 years of camping during 2015.

Trewan Hall - gardens and woodlands
Couples and families appreciate the space and informal atmosphere that we have to offer. We pride ourselves on providing a safe environment for children to play in and explore 36 acres of woods and grounds. We warmly welcome visitors to enjoy the peace and quiet during the low season or the excited holiday feeling in the busier high season.
We are just a short walk from St. Columb Major, our local historic market town, where you will find a range of shops and pubs that serve food.

Facilities at Trewan Hall
Pitches are not allocated which gives everyone the opportunity to choose their own camping area. We ensure pitches are well spaced and help is always available. Trewan is situated on high ground providing good drainage. We do not flood!

Additional Facilities:-
Limited-Mobility Facilities: There are modern toilet and shower facilities on our electric hook-up field which includes a purpose built disabled/family shower room. Wheelchair access is possible around most of the estate, although it should be noted that we have several cobbled areas.
Well-behaved Dogs: Dogs are welcome at Trewan but must be kept on a lead at all times. There is a woodland where dogs can be exercised off the lead.
Quiet Library and Writing Room: Here we have free Wi-Fi so you can catch up on emails and search the Internet in peace and comfort. There is a large stock of paperbacks for holiday reading and for visitors to borrow. Open every day including evenings.
Laundrette and Drying Room: A laundry room with three washing machines and two tumble dryers is open all day, every day (detergent automatically dispensed, or use your own if required). Racks are provided for hanging wetsuits or large bedding covers.
Gardens and Woodlands: The gardens and woodlands are available to explore with a huge variety of plants, shrubs and trees. May and June are especially stunning. A herb garden is available for visitors to pick herbs for the evening meal or barbeque. We also have some plants for sale.

Events and Entertainment at Trewan Hall
We have large outdoor games areas and open fields at Trewan and this allows campers to do their own thing and, if they wish, organise their own informal events - friendly football matches, frisby competitions, and more.
If organising isn't your thing, then we try to help by organising events and entertainment through the season either in the open air or under cover in The Barn. Events do vary from season to season, but events held in previous years are detailed below.

Evening Performances in The Barn
We have converted one of our barns to serve as a small theatre with seating and a stage. During the high season we put on a number of different evening events which our visitors can enjoy free of charge. You will be surprised and delighted at the quality of the local talent, which we take great care in selecting to provide evening sessions of all types. This standard and variation of performance is rare on holiday sites.
