A luxury pine lodge on Killigarth Manor Holiday Park in a peaceful, private setting, free use of the leisure facilities (park open March-October) & partial sea view. This comfortable lodge is well equipped to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. With double glazing and central heating, it's ideal for breaks at any time of the year. Sorry no pets.
Accommodation - Sleeps 6
The lodge has three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a king size bed, Bedroom 2 with twin beds and Bedroom 3 with full size bunk beds, suitable for adults or children. There are two bathrooms, one with dual access from the master bedroom and hallway so it can be used as an en-suite.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and has unlimited WIFI, Sky TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player with a large selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. The dining area is next to the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a full sized cooker, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, compact dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a slow cooker and steamer for your use, along with a wide range of kitchenware.
The lodge has a large decking area at the front, complete with patio furniture, overlooking the lovely views.

- £100 refundable damage deposit.
- Unlimited WIFI provided free.
- One allocated car park space, with plenty of additional guest spaces available.
- Bed linen and towels are provided, but you will need to bring beach towels.
About Killigarth Manor and the Local Area
Killigarth Manor Holiday Park is situated between picturesque Polperro and Looe in beautiful South Cornwall. The leisure facilities on site include a tennis court, table tennis, crazy golf, indoor swimming pool, sauna, small gym, large play area, pool, snooker, a bar and clubhouse with entertainment. There is also free access to the facilities of the nearby sister site, Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, which includes an outdoor swimming pool and a fishing lake.
Polperro is an unspoilt fishing village with pretty cottages leading to a small harbour. It has plenty of places to eat and is ideal for enjoying a traditional cream tea. There are several galleries selling works by local artists.
The town of Looe has a collection of narrow streets lined with shops, cafes and pubs. East and West Looe provide safe beaches, a wide choice of restaurants, excellent walking routes, boat trips, fishing trips, diving etc. Children can enjoy crab fishing. Enjoy a scenic train journey along the Looe Valley Line. The Looe Music Festival in September is well worth visiting. Talland Bay is nearby with its small cove and beach cafe.
