Tregenza is a recently refurbished, charming, two-bedroomed bungalow set in the idyllic grounds of the fine 17th Century Kenegie Manor, in a central position for touring South West Cornwall.
Only a short drive away, there are beautiful beaches and spectacular coastline, from the golden beaches of St Ives with fishing boats nestling in the small harbour to the rugged moorland and cliffs heading off towards Land's End.

Tregenza - Sleeps 4
Lounge / Dining Room - A cosy lounge with colour television, DVD, CD and comfortable furniture. Electric heaters. A dining area with table and seating for four.
Kitchen - An electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is well stocked with tableware and utensils. Water heater for unlimited hot water.
Bedroom 1 - With a double bed and double wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 - A spacious twin bedded room with a double wardrobe and full length mirror.
Bathroom - With an electric shower; w.c., and basin with unlimited hot water, a heated towel rail, mirror and shaving point.
Kitchen - An electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is well stocked with tableware and utensils. Water heater for unlimited hot water.

Saturday to Saturday bookings. Keys available from 4:00pm on day of arrival. Please hand in by 10:00am on day of departure.
Heating and electricity - There are electric heaters for your convenience at no extra charge for any electricity during your stay at Tregenza.
Quilts, pillows and linen are provided but please bring your own towels and tea towels.
You are welcome to use the Manor facilities at no extra cost, however they may be subject to change and do not affect your bungalow rental. There is a Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna and Tennis Courts. There is also a licensed bar.

- Deposit - please send 30% of total rental charge within 7 days as deposit to secure booking.
- Balance for rentals must be received 42 days before commencement of holiday.

- In no circumstances may the number of people stated on the booking be exceeded.
- In event of a cancellation, you will be required to pay the rent if we are unable to re-let the property.You may like to arrange your own holiday insurance for this purpose.
Out and About in West Cornwall
Penzance - You can catch the Scillonian boat for a day trip to the Scilly Isles or wander around an interesting selection of independent shops and cafes.
Mousehole Harbour - The quaint village of Mousehole is set just a short distance from Penzance, with its tiers of pretty cottages that surround the picturesque harbour, where 110 years ago over 400 fishing vessels were packed between the harbour walls.
St Ives - Down from the tiny cobbled streets and quaint fishermens cottages, the harbour, in bygone days bustled with fishermen landing their catch. The town is now famous for its selection of art galleries, shops and restaurants and has some lovely beaches.

St Michael's Mount - Home of the St Aubyn family for over three hundred years, is the jewel in Cornwall's crown. Beautiful exotic gardens cling to steep rocks leading to the Medieval castle. Access to the mount is by foot across the causeway at low tide or by ferry at high water.
