Chy Lowena, a large, granite, double cottage with generous mature gardens and sea views, is a few footsteps away from the South West Coast Path which leads you to explore the rugged Far West, an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.

Boscawell Village looks out over Cornwall's North Coast, in the previous tin-mining area of Special Scientific Interest around Pendeen, St Just, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The cottage is available for letting following completion of renovation and refurbishment to a high standard, sympathetic to its character with a contemporary theme.

Sleeping 6/7 in 3 bedrooms, there are pocket-sprung mattresses on the beds with high quality bedding ensuring a comfort-as-home experience; a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin room accessed from a large landing, allow room for an extra child in a guest bed (provided) or baby in a cot.

Downstairs, a beautiful solid wood floor offers style and quality in a large lounge with beamed ceiling and exposed stonework, around an open-hearth wood-burning stove. It is furnished with settees and chairs, TV, DVD and Broadband Wi-Fi for your comfort and convenience.  

Across the hall is a dining room with seating for six/seven, off which there is a separate kitchen, with all cooking appliances, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a separate utility area with washing machine, dishwasher  and small table-top freezer.

There is a good-sized bathroom with electric over-bath shower and heated towel rail.

Electric storage heaters have been installed throughout the cottage.

The utility porch provides access to the rear of the cottage where there is a fully enclosed, private lawned garden which enjoys all day sun, and room to relax using the outdoor furniture provided. At the front of the cottage there is parking for 2 cars.
