Hilton Farm Holidays has 10 self catering holiday cottages on a peaceful, rural site, close to the coast near Bude, in North Cornwall.
The farm is delightfully set on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Marhamchurch, with stunning views over the countryside to the coast. It is a tranquil location on the North Cornish Coast, only 10 minutes' drive from Bude; an ideal place from which to make the most of Devon and Cornwall during your holiday.

Stay in our beautiful Cornish farmhouse, one of our modern, spacious holiday cottages, a barn conversion or a cosy cottage for two. We have a heated outdoor swimming pool (open Easter-end September), a hot-tub and an all-weather tennis court. There is a play area and games room for children.
Hilton Farm Holiday Cottages are set in midst of some of the most beautiful countryside that Cornwall has to offer, and is only a short car ride to the Cornish coast and the impressive beaches of Widemouth Bay and Bude.

The 16th Century Farmhouse is the largest property sleeping eleven in five bedrooms. It is fully-equipped for larger groups. A great place to get away with friends or family.

Badger Cottage, Primrose Cottage & Swallow's Nest
These family cottages, converted from the old barn, sleep between four and six people and overlook the pool.

Three modern, spacious, well-equipped family cottages, sleeping from four to seven people. Each has superb views over the rolling countryside, down to the sea. Good for families or book two or three together for larger groups.

- Dogs welcome (maximum one to three per house, depending on cottage).

- We are set in 25 acres with sea views, where you are free to take a stroll down to our lake or further onto our pretty stream boarder. This is farmland, so there may be livestock in the fields.

Surrounding Area
Marhamchurch in north Cornwall, is very near the Devon border and just off the A39 so Hilton is well situated to explore Cornwall and North Devon. Picturesque villages such as Boscastle, Clovelly, Port Isaac and Tintagel are all within half an hour's drive. Further afield, Rock, the Eden Project, Exeter, Truro,Falmouth, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the National Trust properties Lanhydock and Cotehele are within an hour to an hour and half's drive away.
We are close to the South West coastal path with many lovely walks available. Surf board hire and surf lessons are available at the local beaches. Other watersports including canoeing, coasteering and windsurfing are available locally on beaches, the canal or Tamar Lakes. Bike hire is available in Bude or hire bikes in Wadebridge (40 minutes drive) for the Camel Trail.
There are many activities for families. These include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Farm, Newquay Zoo and the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth. Bude itself has a soft play centre, indoor pool with slide and wave machine and plenty of cafes.
There are lots of beaches within a 30 minute drive. The beaches in Bude (Crooklets and Summerleaze) and Widemouth and Black Rock are all about 10 minutes' away. They all have parking, cafe and toilet facilities near the beach. Bude Sea Pool on Summerleaze beach is great for safe sea swimming. Crooklets and Black Rock beaches are particularly good for rock-pooling. Widemouth and Black Rock are a long stretch of sandy beach, popular with surfers. All these beaches have RNLI life guards from Easter to the end of September. Northcott Mouth is a quieter beach to the north of Bude (life guards in the summer). Sandymouth is a beautiful National Trust beach about 20 minutes drive away (life guards in the summer). Crackington Haven is a beautiful beach. More off the beaten track, try Bossiney Haven (steep walk down to the beach and back) near Tintagel.
