Trevarthian House
Trevarthian House is a large Victorian Grade II listed building situated in its own grounds, with beautiful views of St. Michael's Mount and Mount's Bay. Trevarthian lies within 50 yards of the sandy beach and the architectural style, palm trees, garden and beachside location offer a tranquil holiday setting in which to relax. The individual apartments vary in size and can sleep from two to five people. They are all self contained and refurbished to a very high standard. We have an office, free laundry and large private car park on site. There is also a bus stop 50 yards away.

Guests can park for free on site at the Trevarthian House car park.

From Trevarthian House it is just a two-five minute walk to the safe sandy beach, children’s playground, village pubs, restaurants, galleries, shops, bus-routes for Lands End, St Ives, Penzance. Marazion offers not only a great beach but also the famous tidal island and castle of St Michael’s Mount, known as the ‘Jewel in Cornwall’s crown’. A must-see for any visit to the South West. The town also offers an excellent central location to explore all of West Cornwall and beyond, from Lands End to the Tate Gallery in St Ives and from the Minack Theatre to the Eden Project.
