Welcome to Bracken Farm Caravan Park
Helston, Cornwall Caravan and Touring Park
Bracken Farm Caravan Park is an adult only caravan park situated just outside the historical town of Helston. The park is set in a two acre woodland setting with all hard standing parking bays and roadway.
The park is open 365 days of the year so you can enjoy a restful quiet time out of season as well as in our summer months.
There is electric hook-up and water available at each parking bay. There are no restrictions to the size of your motorhome or caravan.
Just touring around Cornwall and not sure where to stay, just turn up, we can usually accommodate you but please remember - We are an adult only park.
We are located 1/4 mile outside of Sithney village, famous for its cream teas and 2 miles from Porthleven.

Trevarno Gardens at Trevarno Estate. Beautiful Gardens, museum, restaurant and the renovation of the railway line and station.
Local Pubs:
The Crown Inn, Crowntown, excellent food and beer in walking distance from the park.

Public Transport:
The local bus service stops right outside the park entrance. The routes and times are available from our office
Security:
Please let us know if you wish to have visitors. Visitors should only park in your bay area provided. The main roadway should not be blocked at anytime.
Driving in the Park:
Please drive slowly respecting other campers peace and quietness.
Pets in the Park:
Please clean up after your pet and dispose as directed at the bin area.
Recycle Rubbish:
Bins are provided. We try to recycle as much as possible. Please deposit rubbish in the correct bins.
Grass Cutting:
To ensure that the park and the grass is kept in a tidy condition please do not fix any permanent item in the grass.
Water Taps:
The water taps are shared. Please do not fix any permanent hose connection if the adjoining bay is occupied.
Waste Water:
Black water is disposed of at the manhole outlet. Grey water is recycled and can be used to water the trees and bushes in the park.
Departure:
Please leave the bays as you found it. Departing by midday unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
