It is perfectly situated - a ten minute walk from both Polzeath beach and Daymer Bay, and you can easily walk to Rock.

There are five twin bedrooms and a bunkroom for children if required. Upstairs there are two bathrooms and a large downstairs shower room. The kitchen has an Aga and electric oven and there are two dishwashers. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and additional fridge-freezer.
A laundry service is provided which supplies all bedding, bath and hand towels.
