Enclosed garden with a large paved patio area for 'al fresco' dining with wonderful views. Ideal for the safety of the little ones.

Directions: A30 southbound to Penzance. 1.5 miles after Crowlas Village take 2nd exit at roundabout. Follow signs to Marazion & drive through village centre. Just after Blue Horizon B&B, take right into Praeds Lane. This is a sharp, narrow 2 metre entrance. The car park is at the bottom left of the lane through the gate.

Go through blue garden gate, across lawn and Trevara is directly in front of you.
