- Electric cooker, 2 refrigerators, freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave cooker, food processor. 2 televisions, hi-fi, video recorder.
- Linen and towels provided. Electric blankets in all beds from October to April.
- Oil-fired central heating, hot water and Aga. Open fires in Drawing and Dining Room.
- Electric radiators or blower heaters for supplementary heating.
- River frontage and beach.
- 3-acre garden with terraces, steps and pools.
- Part-time gardener/caretaker.
- Housekeeper weekly on Fridays.
- Boat moorings available for hire from Helford River Moorings.

- Large Drawing Room with beamed ceiling, big inglenook fireplace with open fire, and wide bay window looking South over the terrace and river.

- Four large double bedrooms, each with a washbasin, all with lovely garden and river views, two with double beds and two with twin beds.
