Garden Cottage Flats are situated some 200 yards from Constantine Bay, with its large Sandy Beach, rock pools, and well known for its excellent surfing. Trevose Golf Course club house is just up the road.

At the top of the road is Constantine Bay stores, an excellent small shop with fruit & vegetables, meat, groceries, wine, newspapers, and friendly and helpful owners and staff.

All the flats are well furnished and equipped, including a digital TV with DVD player, microwave and electric blankets on all beds.  There is a washing machine available for guests use, and plenty of space for parking.  The flats are surrounded by a large grassed garden for use by the guests, with its own barbeque area.

Dogs accepted in Tamarisk and Treliza only.

A ground floor flat sleeping four people, with direct access onto a paved patio which leads onto the large grassy garden area.  From the flat there are views of the dunes and over the golf course to Trevose Head.

A first floor flat sleeping four people.  From this more elevated position there are lovely views over the dunes to the sea and again across the golf course to Trevose Head.  This flat also enjoys the use of the large grassed garden area.

• Bedroom 2 with two single beds and built in wardrobe.

This maisonette sleeps two, with views over dunes to sea and across golf course from living area.  Access onto garden. Ideal accommodation for two people.

• Downstairs is the twin bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
• The living area is upstairs with fitted kitchen, dining area & lounge with electric fire, digital TV and Dvd Player.
• There are heaters in the bedroom and the living room.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Changeover day is Friday.
All properties are available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

During the high season, bookings are on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. Out of season short breaks or long weekends can be arranged.

PETS
Well-behaved pets are welcome at an additional charge of £25 per week (see tariff), and subject to their owner accepting liability for any damage they may do, and on the condition that they will not be left unattended in the property. Owners are also expected to bring suitable bedding for their pets.

There is a good village shop half a mile from the flats and there are more shops, pubs, restaurants and a garage at St. Merryn which is two miles away. At Trevose Golf Club there is also a swimming pool, tennis courts and as well as the championship 18 hole course there is a short 9 hole course for beginners with another 9 full size holes recently completed. And all this is just at the end of Garden Cottage Flats' back field.

There are lifeguards on all our local beaches between May and September - you have a choice of seven bays within a short hop!Dogs are permitted on beaches in the area with the exception of Trevone and St George's Well in Padstow, where they are banned between Easter day and 1st October.
