St Buryan near Penzance Camping
Beautifully situated some 250 feet above the sea, Treverven Farm Camping commands glorious views over the ocean, with its variety of shipping passing silently by and the distant Wolf Lighthouse spotted at night with its flashing light.
The park offers spacious pitches nicely located amongst evergreen hedges, for caravans, tents and camper vans.
Treverven has been well maintained, owned and run by the same family for nearly 40 years, and has many visitors who return each year. The park has an AA 3 star rating, together with ACSI and Caravan and Camping Club listings.

Facilities
The generous pitches are spread around the 6 acre park which is set amongst quiet rural scenery whilst still enjoying the sea to the South, and the quiet Cornish countryside on all other quarters.
The toilet block has shower cubicles each with their own shower and wash basin, all with plenty of free hot water. There is laundry room with washing machine, tumble-dryer and coin-operated iron. There is a chemical disposal point.
A large deep freezer is located in a separate room together with an electric kettle and toaster for complimentary use by campers.
There is a large play area for the children, with swings, slide and football posts and net.
Also for the use of visitors is a nature trail, which takes you by a pond and through a woods full of primroses and bluebells in the spring and is rich in wildlife and wildflowers in other months.
A small shop offers basic essentials, and during the high season breakfasts and evening meals are available. Electric hook-ups and drinking water taps are available on more than 30 pitches.

Local Attractions
The beautiful “Blue Flag” beach at Sennen has all the facilities for the family, as well as surfing for expert and beginner. There are many other beaches around this section of coast such as Porthcurno and Gwenver, and those smaller and more picturesque, for example Porthchapel and Porthgwarra.
From the park a 10 minute walk will reach the South West Coast path with its beautiful walks in both directions, to the west Porthcurno and the Minack Thearter, and to the east Lamorna Cove and Mousehole.
A little further away is the quaint fishing village of St Ives with the Tate Modern gallery, many other small galleries, as well as restaurants and shops.
Penzance is the nearest town with rail, bus and coach links and of course the Heliport and Harbour with air or sea travel to the Isles of Scilly. It also offers a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Just a short distance from Penzance is the ancient village of Marazion, with its lovely beaches and amenities, and just out to see is the island castle of St Michaels Mount, which at low tide people reach by the causeway and at high tidesmall ferries, ferry people to and from the island.
