This is what you see from our Barnoon flat (sleeps 2). Barnoon Terrace is traffic free with wonderful views across gardens to the sea. We also have five flats in Seabirds House, 50 yards away, see below. All six of our flats are in a perfect location in St Ives, 5 minutes from everything. They are cheerful and comfortable, and the views are amazing.

The Barnoon Flat (sleeps 2)

Our Barnoon flat is on the ground floor of a double fronted Victorian house on this delightful traffic-free terrace. It's a cheerful bright and comfortable flat and the views across gardens to harbour and bay are spectacular.The flat has:

a characterful sitting room with window seat and lovely view

double bedroom - bedlinen is included

room for a travel cot

a well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer

bathroom has over-bath thermostatic shower with glass screen

Freeview, DVD, gas central heating

the Seabirds garage 50 yards away can be hired if it is available

Location

This drawing shows the location of Seabirds House and our Barnoon flat in relation to each other, and to the Tate St Ives gallery.

From the photographs above you can see what a great location this is, as both our properties overlook the harbour, and Seabirds also overlooks the Porthmeor beach.

It really is one of the very best locations in St Ives. Barnoon Terrace is traffic free and so very quiet. Seabirds is also well away from through traffic and the holiday crowds, yet only a couple of minutes away from the busy heart of the little town, and 3 of its beaches.
