Flat 2 has a large studio room with a deep bay window and spectacular views of Porthmeor surf beach,  "The Island", St Ives harbour and right down the north Cornwall coast - it's just below Flat 4. The flat has:

• a wall bed that pulls down from a specially designed unit and is simply pushed away during the day with the bedding in place - bedlinen is included

• the Seabirds garage can be hired if available

This superb flat occupies the whole top (second) floor of Seabirds House. The large, characterful sitting room has full height sliding glass doors with access to the balcony and absolutely exceptional views - it really does take your breath away. The flat has:

From the  photographs above you can see what a great location this is, as both our properties overlook the harbour, and Seabirds also overlooks the Porthmeor beach.

It really is one of the very best locations in
St Ives. Seabirds is also well away from through traffic and the holiday crowds, yet only a couple of minutes away from the busy heart of the little town, and 3 of its beaches.
