Situated on one of the premier Terraces in the heart of St Ives with wonderful sea views and within 5-10 minutes walk to the towns beaches, the Tate Gallery and harbour, 10 Carrack Dhu is an extremely stylish house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will sleep 7-8. It has parking for one car and there is further roadside parking in front of the house. The house is situated on a very quiet terrace with a seating area in front to sit and look at the views. The house also has the advantage of an office with WIFI Internet access.

Leading off from the lounge is a dining room with large extendable dining table, seating 8. Leading onto a Breakfast room.

Beautiful Hand built kitchen with AGA Range cooker, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave.

Full sized bath and shower.

Master Bedroom
A very large room with Kingsize bed. TV/DVD, Ensuite Bathroom with shower, Fitted wardrobes and drawers. Fabulous views, you can watch the fishing boats from your bed.

Second Bedroom
Situated at the top of the house it has a double bed. TV/DVD, Ensuite bathroom with shower . Very light and airy it has great sea views to front and rear of room.

Third Bedroom
Double Bed leading off to 1st Floor bathroom with full sized bath and shower.

Fourth Bedroom
One single cabin bed and one pull-out bed. TV/DVD. Ideal for children with a selection of books and toys to keep them happy.

Office / Conservatory
Situated on the 1st floor with full sized desk and WIFI access it is a wonderful room for those that need to keep in touch while on holiday. Access onto small balcony area.

All bills, bed linen and towels are included. There is full gas central heating and hot water with additional AGA supplied hot water to ensure there is never a shortage after a day on the beach.
