Kitchen - The kitchen, lounge and dining room are all located on the ground floor, with a spacious and open plan feel. There is an additional entrance to the kitchen from the parking and storage area.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite worktops and fully fitted to a high specification to include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, upright fridge/ freezer, microwave and electric range cooker.

Dining Room/lounge - This is a large open plan room loosely divided into an eating and a relaxing area and is definitely the hub of the house!

The dining area has a large table comfortably seating eight and the lounge area has a large modern surround sofa where you can relax and enjoy the 28” flat screen TV or watch a DVD from the small library provided.

Please also feel free to bring your own selection for the duration of your stay. We also have a selection of CD’s for the CD/radio stereo provided.

On the middle floor here is a further bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room and another bedroom with twin beds and a separate shower room located next door to the room.

All rooms are equipped with personal TV's, wardrobes, drawers, hairdryers, Egyptian cotton bed linen with duck down and feather duvets on fantastically comfortable divan beds and fluffy towels, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Bathrooms - The family suite has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

There is an en-suite shower room to one bedroom and a further shower room located next to the twin bedded room.

All the showers are very powerful and the large combi-boiler ensures you will never run short of water!
