Bay Watch House is situated in the heart of St Ives overlooking the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. The old town and the harbour are just a short walk away. The house was built in Edwardian times using local granite and slate and has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard. Many original features remain. All the main reception rooms and the master bedrooms have sea views of Porthmeor Beach taking in the Island, and the headland called “The Clodgy”.

There is parking for 2 cars at the front and a courtyard with garden furniture at the back.

- A comprehensive fitted kitchen with butler sink, 2 pyrolytic ovens, hob, dishwasher and microwave.
- A small utility area with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- A twin bedroom with nautical decoration.

- A large lounge with a feature fireplace which has been furnished in New England style with 2 large settees, 2 armchairs, a window seat, TV, dvd and music system.

Outside there is off-street parking for 2 cars and a secure enclosed courtyard at the back with furniture provided for alfresco dining.
We welcome a pet for an additional £20 a week.
