Kitchen & Breakfast Room: Handmade painted kitchen with Smeg electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and espresso machine and all the usual Kitchen gadgets. Dining area to seat six with Sony TV.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
Sitting Room & Conservatory: Spectacular views across St. Ives bay. Decorated in a relaxed coastal style, including original character features and wooden floors. Log burner, TV, Playstation/DVD, Wifi, ipod dock/speaker, books and games. French doors lead out to the decked terrace and garden.

Parking & Garden: To the front: gravelled parking for two cars. To the rear: large decked terraced with teak table and chairs. Gated stairs down to garden and outside shower. Outback gas BBQ and large storage shed.
