Set on the north coast of Cornwall, St Ives is a stunning setting for your holiday whatever the time of year. The local area boasts activities for all ages with the town centre, beach & Tate Gallery beach only a 5 minute walk away. We are also within easy access of the bus & train station, just a 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive.

We are a family run bed and breakfast, with a background in high end hospitality. We pride ourselves on the extra special touches, customer service and high standards of cleanliness.

Rooms:
We have three lovely double rooms all with ensuites. All rooms come with freeview televisions, tea making facilities,  towels, alarm clocks & hair dryers.

Bedroom One - Double Bedroom with large bathroom, including a spa bath.
Bedroom Two - Double Bedroom, with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom Three - Large Double Bedroom, with an additional single bed & ensuite shower room.

All of our rooms are on the first floor & we don’t have a lift. Please advise us prior to booking if you feel there is anything we should know to ensure your comfort and safety during your stay.

Breakfast:
As food wastage is a big issue we request pre-orders for breakfast by 6pm the day before. Breakfast includes a range of hot & cold items. We like to change our breakfast menu to allow for the best seasonal produce & to add a little variety to the morning.

We will also aim to cater for your dietary needs, please advise at the time of booking.

Cornwall is a stunning part of England & St Ives is the perfect place to explore it from.

The beaches in & around St Ives are lovely with there golden sands. Most have friendly cafes for snacks and lunchtime too. The town has a great collection of shops, from surf & lifestyle clothing to modern art galleries. It also boasts some wonderful dining experiences from bakers to fine dining restaurants. There are also some lovely coastal walks in the local area.
