Higher Trewithen is situated on the quiet outskirts of the village of Stithians, which is only a pleasant 15 minute walk. There is a small village shop, a church and public house. We are only 9 miles from either coast - ideal to explore all of Cornwalls attractions! We have a number of cottages and apartments and so can accommodate couples, families small or large. All cottages and apartments are fully equipped for your self catering holiday.

Well behaved dogs are always welcome, though not in all our cottages for anyone who may be allergic. We have 3 ½ acres of fields where you can exercise them and we are surrounded by public footpaths.

Nook - Sleeps 2

A single story one bedroomed property with a large lounge, double bedroom and small kitchen. It has a bathroom with shower over and a seperate toilet.

The Den - Sleeps 2

A single story one bedroomed cottage which has recentely been completely refurbished to a high standard. It has a lounge / kitchen / diner. A double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Dairy, Plough and Stable - Sleeps 4

Three broadly similar properties each with an L shaped lounge into the kitchen area. There is a bathroom with shower over and a seperate toilet. Upstairs there is a double and twin room.

Barn - Sleeps 6

A spacious three bedroomed property to the rear of the site with its own seperate garden area. It has a large lounge with a dining table which seats six. There are 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedded room.

Hayloft - Sleeps 8

A very spacious three bedroomed apartment that can sleep up to eight people. There are two double bedrooms and a third with four singles that make it ideal for families sharing. It has a large balcony with seating where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.

Just 9 miles from the north and south coasts of Cornwall, Higher Trewithen is in the ideal location for days at the beach with a bucket and spade, or if you prefer, visiting an attraction or two.

Higher Trewithen
We are placed at the end of a no-through road which only serves a farm further along. In addition to the spacious grounds, there are two fields, totalling three and a half acres, where games can be played.

Stithians Village
The village of Stithians is a couple of minutes drive away or 15 minutes walk across open fields. It has a good Spar shop which is open until 10 pm and a couple of excellent local pubs - The Golden Lion and The Seven Stars.

Cornwall's Attractions
In addition to the fabulous beaches, coves, award-winning gardens and coastal walks, there are plenty of attractions to visit. The Eden Project, Land's End and St. Michael's Mount are all a short car trip away, or if you prefer a wander around the shops, Redruth, Falmouth, Helston and Truro are nearby.
