The Old Wash House
A perfect rural eco-retreat for couples or small families
The Old Wash House is a beautifully restored granite barn, recently completed in 2010 using natural and traditional building materials. It is designed as a peaceful retreat for couples or small families (2 adults and 2 children).
The chunky wooden beams, eco-limed pine floors, handmade turquoise tiles and 'Clearview' wood burner together create a peaceful and relaxing space to spend your romantic break or family holiday. We provide goose down duvets, and white cotton bed linen for your stay.
The Old Wash House has its own private courtyard garden with table, chairs and barbeque, use of the main lawned garden with a trampoline for children, and wireless internet access. You will find free range chickens wandering around the garden, and we welcome well behaved dogs!
The Old Wash House is located on a working dairy farm and within 3 miles of two of the best surfing beaches in West Cornwall (Gwenver and Sennen). We are well located for sand, surf and walking holidays.
