Vose Farm Holiday Cottages are located outside the ancient village of Tregony (gateway to the famous Roseland Peninsula). Less than three miles from the nearest beach and close to the Eden Project, the fishing port of Mevagissey and the beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan, we are ideally placed for you to explore one of the most spectacular areas of Cornwall.

Set in 85 acres, the four cottages can accommodate between two and six people; each offering spectacular and panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, with private gardens and parking.

Vose Farm is the ideal holiday destination for families (including babies and toddlers) or couples seeking somewhere to relax and get away from it all and yet be in an ideal location to explore one of the most beautiful regions in the UK, nostalgically referred to as the Cornish Riviera. With numerous beaches and quaint fishing villages nestling in the rolling countryside of this delightful part of Cornwall, the area's climate encourages distinctive flora and fauna which can be enjoyed in the surrounding lanes and byways or within the formal gardens of the area.

Vose Farm is less than three miles from Caerhays Castle and Porthluney beach and a similar distance from the world famous Lost Gardens of Heligan and quaint fishing port of Mevagissey. Further afield is the Eden Project (8 miles), the capital city of Truro (9 miles) St Mawes (14 miles) and the surfing beaches of Newquay (18miles).

There are four individually tailored cottages. Each has been tastefully renovated using local stone and other materials. All are equipped to the highest standard; offering luxurious accommodation within a peaceful and tranquil rural location. Beech (sleeps 2 + cot) and Oak (sleeps 4 + cot) enjoy spectacular views over the stocked wildlife pond (fenced) and beyond. Ash and Hawthorn Cottages (both sleep 6 + cot) overlook the donkey paddock and down the valley towards the north coast of Cornwall, the farm’s fenced wildlife pond and newly planted woodlands and walkways.

Each cottage has its own private garden and sun terrace ensuring that guests are able to unwind in privacy to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Vose Farm and its beautiful surroundings. After a hard day's holiday making what better way to relax than to rustle up a BBQ, open a bottle of local Polmassick wine, and simply sit and enjoy the fabulous sunsets and star filled night skies.

There are also eight acres of new woodland planting with mown walkways and a dedicated picnic area by the stream. Ideal for families of couples to enjoy at their leisure.

Guests are welcome to explore the farm, meet and pet the animals or stroll down to our picnic area to relax and take in the breathtaking views. With four children of our own and countless family holidays under our belt, we know that if children are happy then adults are happy too! It's therefore important that children be well catered for within a safe and secure environment.

At Vose Farm there are acres of space to run around in, indoor and outdoor toys and games to play with and a dedicated safe play area to enjoy. In addition there are:-

Vose Farm is blessed with an abundance of wildlife. Swallows, buzzards, corn buntings and wild ducks amongst many other species have made their home at Vose, whilst badgers, foxes, wild deer and rabbits are often seen in the hedge groves and wild flower margins around the farm. The nearest public house is less than 2 miles away (Crown Inn at St Ewe). Mevagissey is a working fishing port and just over 3 miles away. A quaint village with narrow winding streets it boasts a number of pubs and restaurants (and fish and chip shop!).

Tregony is less than 3 miles away with a post office, public house (serving lunch and dinner and offering a take away service), mini supermarket, doctor's surgery, dentist, hairdressers as well as several art galleries and an antiques shop. Larger supermarkets can be found in St Austell (Asda) and Truro (Tesco and Sainsburys) where a large number of bistros bars and restaurants are able to cater for most tastes.

The four cottages, Beech, Oak, Ash and Hawthorn are stone built and have retained many of their original features including, slate roofs, exposed beams, lintels and timber trusses which give each cottage its own unique character.

Every cottage has an open plan living/dining area with exposed beams, slate flooring, comfy sofas and dining facilities. Warm and cosy, each is centrally heated and equipped to the very highest specification with WiFi connection, Freeview digital television and DVD player.

• Each cottage has its own washer/dryer, oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer.
• Each cottage has its own fenced garden and private patio area with BBQ.
• All towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
• Thermostatically controlled central heating and electricity are included in the tariff.
• Every cottage has its own designated car parking area, directly outside each cottage.
• A strict No Smoking policy is employed.
