Sitting up in the trees just a five minute walk from the beautiful Helford River and the pretty village of Port Navas, this lovely old farmhouse looks out over woodland, valleys and lush green fields.
The house sits in its own large, private gardens with ample parking. The large field adjoining the property is happy to be trampled by children and dogs - or simply sat in for picnics!

The Village of Port Navas

Port Navas is one of the prettiest villages on the Helford. Its small, almost alpine charm is crowned by the views of the estuary itself, easy access to the water and calm, tidal moorings.
The Port Navas Yacht Club (of which you are a member as a visitor to Inow Farmhouse) offers good beer, wine and food in beautiful surroundings and right by the water’s edge.
Port Navas is also home to The Duchy of Cornwall Oyster Farm, a recently revived oyster farm which supplies many of the best restaurants in the country (and beyond) with seafood from the clean waters of the Helford River.
The village lies between Constantine and Mawnan Smith. Both villages offer excellent shopping facilities, particularly Constantine Stores, which has an extraordinarily large and varied selection of scotch whiskies! However, the main shopping town of Falmouth lies approximately six miles away with the cathedral city of Truro lying around twelve miles distant.
