This is a typical detached Cornish farmhouse. Full of olde world charm with an open log fire benefiting from the central heating. The Accommodation sleeps up to 15 people. It is surrounded by a walled garden and has a BBQ patio, chairs & tables. Private parking for 5 cars. Tregundy House stands on the west cliff of Perranporth enjoying a sea view across the 3 miles of sandy beach, 2 minutes from the beach, shops and pubs.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor

Entrance Porch, Hall, 29ft Lounge with telephone, colour TV, open fireplace and sea view. Further lounge/dinner with large extending table to seat 10 people.

Traditional farmhouse kitchen with range, giving central heating, 'scrub top' table to seat 6 with further fitted kitchen containing double oven cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and seating area.

First Floor

Four bedrooms (al beds ready made), each with double beds (two have sea views) and 1 single bedroom. All double bedrooms on this floor have vanity units and shaving points. Two tiled bathrooms with shower, wash-basin, shaving point and W.C. also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Second Floor

2 large bedrooms with three beds in each.

LOCAL AREA

The 18 hole Golf Course is magnificently sited on the cliff top overlooking Perran Bay. Hard and grass tennis courts are situated in the park along with the bowling Green where visitors are always welcome.

Several horse stables are close by, which cater for both the novice and more experienced rider.

The superb beach is considered as one of the finest in the Country and sports, ideal conditions for surfing. Surfboards and associated equipment is available for hire from the beach and town.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:

You are only 20 minutes drive from the Eden Project. Within easy reach of Newquay Waterworld the Pleasure Park and the Zoo. Also in easy reach of the Truro Cathedral in the City of Truro. The Lizard Peninsula, Lands End and St. Ives.

Open all year round, weekend bargain breaks October-April. Large or small parties welcome. The maximum number of occupants is fifteen. Bedrooms have covered duvets ready made for your arrival. Electricity supplied from the £1.00 coin slot meter. Electric fires - 2 cots - pets welcome.
