Tregenza and Ty an Ros are two charming two bedroomed bungalows set in the idyllic grounds of the fine 17th Century Kenegie Manor, in a central position for touring South West Cornwall.

Only a short drive away, there are beautiful beaches and spectacular coastline, from the golden beaches of St Ives with fishing boats nestling in the small harbour to the rugged moorland and cliffs heading off towards Land's End.

Mousehole Harbour - The quaint village of Mousehole is set just a short distance from Penzance, with its tiers of pretty cottages that surround the picturesque harbour, where 110 years ago over 400 fishing vessels were packed between the harbour walls.

St Ives Harbour - Down from the tiny cobbled streets and quaint fishermens cottages, the harbour, in bygone days bustling with fishermen landing their catch.

• Saturday to Saturday bookings.
• In no circumstances may the number of people stated on the booking be exceeded.
• In event of a cancellation, you will be required to pay the rent if we are unable to re-let the property. You may like to arrange your own holiday insurance for this purpose.
• Quilts,pillows and bed linen are provided but please bring your own towels and tea towels.
• Manor Facilities: You are welcome to use the Manor facilities however there may be a small weekly cost incurred payable direct to the manor, our tariff has been adjusted to reflect this.
• There is a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis courts.
• Manor facilities may be subject to change and do not affect your bungalow rental.
• There is also a licensed bar.

• Keys available from 4:00pm on day of arrival. Please hand in by 10:00am on day of departure.
• Children are always welcome.
• Electricity is free of charge.
• VAT is included at 17.5% where applicable.
• Car parking for one car is free. Additional cars £3.00 per week.
• Colour television is supplied.
• Sorry, we do not accept all male or all female parties under the age of 25 years.
• Deposit - please send 30% of total rental charge as deposit to secure booking. Balance for rentals must be received 42 days before commencement of holiday.
• We reserve the right to alter and update this advert where necessary.

Booking for Tregenza is available via 247 booking system but if you would like to book your holiday at Ty an Ros, please telephone to check availabilty to avoid disappointment.

We will be happy to reserve your accommodation for seven days until we have received your deposit.
Balance of payment to be paid 42 days before arrival.
If your booking is made within 42 days of arrival, please remit the full hire charge with the booking.
