Chy Lowena, a large granite double cottage, with generous mature gardens and sea views, is a few footsteps away from the South West Coast Path which leads you to explore the rugged Far West, an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Boscawell Village looks out over the North Coast in the previous tin-mining area of Special Scientific Interest around Pendeen, St Just, recently given World Heritage Site status by UNESCO.
The cottage has become available for letting following completion of renovation and refurbishment to a high standard, sympathetic to its character with a contemporary theme. Sleeping 6/7 in 3 newly appointed bedrooms, pocket-sprung mattresses on beds with high quality bedding ensure a comfort-as-home experience; a king-size, a double and a twin room accessed from a large landing, allow room for an extra child in a guest bed (provided) or baby in a cot.
There is a newly refurbished, fully fitted bathroom with electric over-bath shower and heated towel rail.

Downstairs, a beautiful solid wood floor offers style and quality in a large beamed-ceiling lounge with exposed stonework, around an open-hearth wood-burning stove. It is newly furnished with settees and chairs, TV, DVD and Broadband Wi-Fi for your comfort and convenience. Across the hall is a dining room with seating for six/seven, off which there is a separate completely newly renovated kitchen, with all new appliances, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a separate utility area with new washing machine and freezer.
Electric storage heaters have been installed throughout.
A side porch allows access to a fully enclosed private patio garden with seating, where a barbeque can be used. Outside there is parking for 4 cars at the front of the cottage and another garden area at the rear with a lawn and flower beds which enjoys full sun all day. There is a small uncovered pond next to the seating area.
