DEPOSITS
/ PAYMENTS
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of £60 for each
week booked or full payment if booking within 4 weeks of your holiday.
BALANCES
The balance is due four weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
Failure to comply with this condition may result in the automatic cancellation
of your booking and loss of your deposit.
INSURANCE
As we do not refund any deposits or payments in any circumstance we
recommend the holiday cancellation insurance. This covers your booking
for up to one week before your holiday commences against any possible
cancellation. For only £20.00 you will be entitled to a full refund.
All monies paid will be non-refundable without this insurance.
LINEN
The visitor must supply all linen and towels. We supply blankets, duvets
and pillows. Linen can be hired. See booking form. (Duvet Covers, Sheets
and Pillowcases).
TIMES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hire commences at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00
am on the day of departure. Reception closes at 9.00 pm each day and
all bookings must be taken by this time, after which they will not be
held unless we are notified by 9.00 pm at the latest of any difficulty
or delay which you may have experienced. Please note reception does
not open again until 9.00 am.
NUMBER IN THE PARTY
The accommodation may only be occupied by those named on the booking
form and for which berths are provided. All details must be correctly
filled in for insurance purposes. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE
TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING WITHOUT ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER.
PETS
Are not accepted except guide dogs for blind people. Any unauthorised
pet on site will constitute a breach of contract between the hirer and
Twinbrook Park.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool will be open May 21st - September 13th FOR RESIDENTS
ONLY from 10.00 am - 9.00 pm daily.
To comply with recent Health and Safety guidelines all children under
16 must have adult supervision at all times.
LOUNGE BAR
Is open evenings only July 12th - September 13th. (May 21st - July 11th
subject to demand).
TERMS
Any hirer (or member of the hirers party) causing annoyance to other
visitors, damage to the property or the site, or contravening any of
the terms and conditions as specified by Twinbrook Park will be asked
to leave the site immediately. No refund will be made as this will constitute
a breach of contract between the hirer and Twinbrook Park.
RESPONSIBILITY
We will not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage
to persons or property occupying or using any part of the Park however
caused.
