We're a local Cornish family and we promise you a warm and friendly welcome. Being experts in the world of camping and caravanning we know it’s the little touches that can make your holiday. So, as well as immaculate facilities, we keep a library of books, provide irons in the laundry, have a family bathroom with a bath, a ‘pets paddock’ for you to meet our pigs, chickens and ducks, a beautiful play area and bike hire on site. River Valley prides itself on our quiet site, there’s no need to worry about noisy club houses here, although if you fancy a pint of good Cornish Ale the Polgooth Inn is just a 15 minute walk away.

Ideally situated in mid-Cornwall, River Valley is a peaceful holiday park next to the River Winnick and in walking distance of Mevagissey. Within easy reach of the laid back ambience onsite you will find some of Cornwall’s gems, including rugged coastal scenery, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the historic Charlestown harbour with its majestic fleet of tall ships and some fabulous places to eat from small beach cafes to world famous chefs.

Walkers and cyclists can head off along the Pentewan Valley Trail adjacent to the site and access the beaches, coastal villages and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. If it's the sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall you are here to see, there are plenty more to choose from in the local area.
