Within a five mile radius are many sandy beaches, Pentewan, Caerhays, Carlyon Bay, Gorran Haven, Porthpean, the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan and the much acclaimed Eden Project being approximately 3 miles away and the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey only 4 miles.

Carnmoggas is ideally placed for holidaymakers on the Cornish Riviera being close to seaside, country and town, and surfing beaches around Newquay on the North coast of Cornwall are only 15 miles away.

The modern kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge. They have 2/3 bedrooms, i.e. Double bed, twin beds and double pullout in Lounge (duvet, linen, pillows, blankets provided.
Please bring your own towels and teatowel).

Finally no luxury holiday home would be complete without a well appointed shower room with wash basin and toilet. We also have a coin-operated launderette for your convenience. Gas and electricity free in all vans. Car parking is FREE and adjacent to all units.

Pets are welcome but please remember only if a dog is kept on a lead at all times, not allowed to foul the Park area and NEVER left in the accommodation unattended.

Caravans
Twenty four modern 36/30ft x 12ft caravans for families up to eight in number with colour TV, Gas Heater, Shower Room with flush toilet, wash basin with hot and cold water, Full size Gas Cooker and Refrigerator. All caravans have two bedrooms, i.e. Double Bed (Duvet and Linen provided), Two single beds or bunks and daybeds in the lounge (Pillows and duvets provided). Gas and Electricity FREE.

Our latest caravans have spacious luxury seating, colour TV, fitted carpets and fire, together with a dining area. (30ft / 36ft x 12ft)

Chalets
Thirty brick built chalets arranged in twos, threes and fours, each with its own path and small patio, they will sleep two to four people and consist of one bedroom with double bed (Duvet and linen provided); one with twin beds (or bunks and a single) and two day beds in the living room if required (pillows and blankets provided). They are fitted with carpet throughout and have bathroom (all with shower over bath), living room with colour TV and heating, kitchen with full electric cooker and refrigerator. Electricity is metered.

Tropical
The Tropicale (24ft x 13ft) is perfect for a smaller family with large covered veranda, colour TV, fire, two bedrooms (double bed, twin beds). All linen, etc. provided. Seperate bathroom and toilet.

Carnmoggas club, featuring pool tables, skittle alley, giant chess, indoor golf and short tennis. (during season). We have three indoor bowling rinks x 40 yard complex with Greengauge Surface available on request so if you are thinking of taking up bowls now is the time.

Our bar is fully licensed for all wines, spirits, soft drinks and some of the finest locally brewed beers. NO NEED TO DRINK AND DRIVE. Children are welcome until 10 p.m.

We also have music once a week during season (July & August). FREE BBQ and Quiz once a week during the season. (July & August weather permitting).

St Austell town centre with its ASDA and Tesco Super stores along with the largest Market in the South West is only ten minutes by car. Local village shop and post office five minutes by car. Local amenities include golf, horse riding, fishing (shark), boating, swimming, water skiing and a Recreation Centre offering all the usual sporting activities.
