Towan House - St. Merryn
Towan House has two double
bedrooms, one bunk room, with bathroom and shower,
all on the first floor. On the ground floor is the
entrance hall and large lounge/dining area and kitchen
which leads to an enclosed rear garden (sun trap)
with barbeque, chimenea, sundeck and seating. The
front of the house is also a sun trap and there is
parking for up to three cars.

Towan House is ideally situated for Trevose
golf course, all beaches and footpaths in the area. St. Merryn village
is only 1/2 mile across the fields. An excellent morning walk for
the papers!

| ACCOMMODATION |
| Facilities include washing machine, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, wide screen TV with surround sound, Technics audio, Video, DVD player, library and open coal fire. Towan house is also centrally heated and has unlimited instant hot water. No linen is provided, but duvets and pillows are. |
| We're dog owners and the house is totally dog friendly. We are 5 minutes drive from some of the only beaches in the area that remain open to dogs in the summer. The house also has a rear, enclosed garden and is surrounded by great field walks. Why leave your best friend at home when you go on holiday....? Dog and babysitting facility available! |
| Prices are inclusive of gas and electricity. Please call (+44 (0)1841 521026) or e-mail for confirmation of available dates. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due with booking confirmation in writing. The balance is payable one month prior to the start of your holiday. |

| LOCAL FACILITIES |
| St Merryn village is approximately ½ mile, where
there is a petrol station and garage, Londis and Spar stores, fish
and chip shop, newsagents, post office, 3 GREAT restaurants, fresh
fish shop and bakery. The Cornish Arms is an excellent family establishment.
Other local hostelries include - The Farmers Arms, The Dog House wine
bar and restaurant, Harlyn Inn and The Tredrea Inn at Porthcothan. |
| The Bays of Treyarnon, Constantine, Booby's, Trevone
and Harlyn are all within five minutes drive, where the scenery, beaches
and walking are all exceptional. Dogs are allowed on these beaches
all year round. Four surf schools operate locally. Trevose Championship
Golf Course is ½ mile from the house. The working fishing village
of Padstow is approximately 3 miles, boasting Rick Stein's famous
Seafood Restaurant and School (reserve and start saving now!). There
are many more restaurants in Padstow and a Tesco store. |
| The magnificent Eden Project is just 30 minutes
drive from Towan. You can pre-book entry at the post office in St.
Merryn and avoid waiting in extensive queues. |
| RYANAIR operate a daily flight into Newquay airport
from Stansted. Air South West fly from many UK cities and Dublin several
times a day into Newquay from Gatwick. The airport is 15 minutes drive
from Towan House and is serviced by taxi's. If you need collection
or dropping off after your stay - just call us on 01841 521026 and
