Welcome to 3 Waters Edge Self Catering Holiday Accommodation in Pentire, Newquay, Cornwall The property is in a beach front location with outstanding views of Fistral Bay. It is positioned on a no-through road at the top of the beach escarpment, with excellent access to the beach via a path and steps a short distance away. The apartment is at the quieter end of Fistral Bay, adjacent to hotels, surf school, Spar and similar accommodation, but is also in easy walking distance of Newquay town centre for nights out or shopping. Fistral Beach is Europe's most famous surfing beach with its golden soft sands and Atlantic rollers. |

£100 deposit per week booked is required to secure booking.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed.
The apartment normally sleeps 4 persons but a sofa bed is present in the lounge to sleep a further 2 persons.
Refundable breakages bond of £100 required on final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Strictly no smoking.
It is a ground floor apartment with small ramp at rear entrance. Doors are normal sized with no specific clearances for wheelchairs.
No all female/male groups.
Over 21s only.
