Tucked away in the heart of the old picturesque area of the historic fishing village of Newlyn, this quiet and private apartment is part of a 19th C. property. Situated in a pleasant secluded location, amongst trees and garden.
There are stunning views looking across the harbour, which is 100 yds. away, and out over superb Mounts Bay to the unique St Michael's Mount. The centre of Newlyn, dominated by its harbour, which is full of interesting fishing vessels, is a 4 mins walk away with its shops, pubs, restaurants and art galleries. The property is within a few miles of many stunning sandy beaches and cliff top walks.

The apartment has been completely refurbished and beautifully decorated . French doors lead into a 23' long open plan living/dining area with a modern well equipped fitted kitchen.
This room has an exposed beam ceiling, a pale terracotta porcelain tiled floor with rugs and is attractively and comfortably furnished. Two windows make for a light and airy atmosphere. Outside the French doors there is a large patio and garden area with splendid views over the harbour and out across the bay.
There is a spacious bedroom with double bed and pine furniture and a smart seperate shower room with tiled shower.
There is central heating throughout. All linen and towels are included. Right on the doorstep West Cornwall has much to offer. All within a few miles you will find secluded villages and interesting small towns.

Miles of wonderful cliff top walks along some of the most breathtaking sections of the famous South West Coast path. The wild moors with their ancient sites and standing stones.
Many individually stunning sandy beaches and coves all within a few miles, good surfing and fishing. Mousehole, so quaint and compact, just 2 miles away. St Michael's Mount, with its castle, the jewel in Mounts Bay, just across the bay.
The Minack Theatre, built into the cliffs above Porthcurno. The Tate Gallery, set amongst the winding streets of St Ives, 8 miles away.
Penzance, a busy market town is the main centre, just 2 miles away. From here you could take a day trip to the incredible Isles of Scilly. 38 miles away. 20 mins by helicopter or 2 hrs 45 mins by sea.
The popular Eden Project is a little over an hour's drive. Many Cornish Gardens open to the public, incl. Trengwaignton, Trewidden, Trebah, Trevarno.
