This is no ordinary cottage - this is Rock Cottage, a unique 16 century holiday home which takes its name from the projecting rock face upon which it is set. Over the centuries, this well-appointed property holds a secret which unfolds when you step through the gateway and catch your first glimpse of the Helford River and its embracing woodland.
Now, you may be feeling curious, so wander down to the water’s edge, where ‘Peggy’ is waiting, the tide gently laps the peaceful shore and the oak trees hug the banks. Catch sight of the Kingfishers flashing across the creek and listen.... it’s only the chit chat of birdlife and fish splashing as they forage for food, time almost stands still.
Meanwhile, the cottage is waiting to invite you in, where from every room you will see the Mawgan Creek in all its natural beauty and enjoy the modern day comforts that Rock Cottage provides. No wonder our guests return so often.
