With access to around 6 acres of woodland and open heath land, our idyllic location is within easy travelling distance of all Cornwall's major attractions and beautiful beaches, making it an ideal base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Designed by a local architect and built to residential standards, the five villas are fully insulated and double glazed, providing quality accommodation in both summer and winter, and have been clad in pine both inside and out to create a very pleasant exterior environment and a warm comfortable ambience within.

The villas are available in three styles and are generously equipped to a very high standard:

Gas fired central heating in all rooms. Gas fire (coal effect). Colour TV/VCR and DVD Player. 4-ring gas hob. Full size electric oven/grill. Touch-control microwave. Larder refrigerator and 4-drawer freezer.

Dishwasher. Electric kettle and toaster, also cafetiere. Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Ample china, cutlery and cooking utensils. Fully carpeted (except kitchen & bathroom). Full size beds complete with duvets, pillows and linen.

The cottages form a terrace, parts of which pre-date 1748 and part of which was the local inn during the early 19th Century. They were also the home of the well known authoress Mary Wesley during the 1940s.

Although retaining their beamed ceilings and Cornish-stone fireplaces, the two cottages have been modernised and equipped as below to provide our guests with high standard, comfortable, homely accommodation
