Treglos has 42 rooms, all en-suite and many with dramatic coastal views. There are luxurious suites available, rooms with balconies and several rooms have disabled facilities.

All rooms are equipped to the very highest standard and to ensure you have a comfortable and secure stay; we have a daily laundry service, room service and night porter.

For those looking for a more informal break, Treglos also has self catering facilities in its grounds including 2 and 4 person apartments and a country cottage.

Treglos apartments are the perfect solution for guests who wish to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but prefer to be self-catering. The four comfortably furnished apartments, Bedruthan, Trevose, Constantine and Boobys are situated within the hotel grounds and guests may avail themselves of the hotel restaurant 'take-away' service, swimming pool and other facilities as required.

A further addition to the apartments is 'Little Treglos' an attractive bungalow set in secluded gardens adjacent to the hotel.

The rosette awarded restaurant has a great reputation and can be enjoyed as part of a wonderful stay at Treglos. The Cornish sea air ensures a keen appetite, satisfied by our deliciously tempting menu. This changes daily and seasonally to take maximum advantage of the fabulous local produce. Jackets or ties are required in the restaurant after 7pm.

Our facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, (legal requirement) and a health boosting infrared cabin.

There is a contemporary bar in which to enjoy great informal lunches or an aperitif before dinner. Additionally two relaxing lounges feature open log fires to warm chilly days. Hotel facilities also include a snooker room, childrens outdoor play area, table tennis and a children's den.

Our treatment rooms have proven to be very popular with ladies and gentlemen alike. Named 'Glo' an edited version of Treglos, the rooms offer a wide range of well-being treatments that will literally make you 'glow'. The treatments available range from luxury facials, manicures and pedicures through to full body unisex massages. There is even an 'Active Golfer' treatment for over exerted muscles.
