cured bacon, organic sausages and our own farm eggs. Start with
fruit, cereal, organic yoghurt and fresh fruit juice. Ring the
changes with Cornish smoked kippers and scrambled eggs. |
| The house is full of books and flowers, the
log fire is lit in the dining room on chilly mornings. If you

its mining and local history then this is the place for you. |

| Out and About |
| The Tamar Valley is an area of outstanding
natural beauty and the river is the natural boundary between
Devon and Cornwall. Latchley is two miles from Gunnislake, half
way between Tavistock and Callington and between Launceston
and Saltash. There is so much to see and do in the immediate
area and further afield. |
| Explore the valley from the river, by canoe,
sailing boat, motor boat, ferry or cruise ship from Plymouth |
| There are many interesting places to visit
and things to do in this area, from steam and rail to country
houses, golf and horse riding to a Donkey Park with an indoor
play barn for wet weather. |
| We are an ideal base to explore further afield
in Devon and Cornwall. The Eden Project, the moors of Bodmin
and Dartmoor, the north and south coasts are all within reasonable
driving distance. |
