Extra heating provided. Pet-free. All caravans are fully self-contained with mains electricity, gas, full connection to water and drainage. All caravans have electric lighting, shower, toilet, lounge/dining area, kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas cooker, colour TV, video, gas fire. Duvets and pillows supplied for beds (not pullout). Linen not supplied. *** 1 MILE FROM THE EDEN PROJECT *** Dogs in selected caravans only - £17.50 per week surcharge applies. |
- A non-refundable
deposit of £50, for each week booked, is payable at time of booking. - If payment is not received the owner will assume cancellation and has the right to re let the caravan. - Pets are welcome in selected accommodation at £17.50 per week but must never be left unattended. They should be kept on the lead at all times and any fouling cleared up by the owner. There is a Dog Walk provided within the park. - Static caravans are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. - Duvets/pillows are provided for the bedrooms but not for pull out beds in the living area. linen is not provided. - The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. - Breakages or damages to the property and/or contents should be reported and paid for prior to departure. - The owners do not hold themselves liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, to any property, including cars and the like, however caused. - The park owners reserve the right to evict any person causing a nuisance at their discretion. No refund will be given. - Barbecues are allowed, but must be raised at least 18 inches from the ground to protect the grass. - No refunds are made for early departure from the park. - Parents must be responsible for the conduct of their children at all times. - Quiet on the park after 11pm and before 7am is requested for the benefit of all. |
