An attractive modern terrace 2 bedroomed house set in the picturesque village of St Erth, close to St Ives and Hayle with its three miles of golden sands. Walking distance to fishing lake, Pitch & Putt, golfing range, Go-carts, village shop, RSPB nature reserve, river walks and Hayle estuary & Beach.

The house has a spacious bright airy lounge and separate open plan kitchen dining room area with doors leading out to a gated secluded patio garden which is toddler friendly and great for barbeques. There is also a sunny front garden and off road parking for two cars.

The accommodation has an upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has a double bed and a single. The house is fully furnished which includes the usual equipment, toaster, kettle, iron, hair dryer, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, 37’’ TV, DVD player and barbeque.

Bedding and linen will be provided but not towels.
Change over day is Saturday.
Check out time is 10am and the house is available from 4pm.

The area is relaxing and away from the summer bustle. The house is less than five minutes from the village shop and Star Inn. St. Erth is a quaint traditional Cornish village and is three minutes off the A30 missing all the St Ives traffic. The village is set on the Hayle River with lovely walks along the bank leading to the estuary and the beautiful St Ives bay.

The area is particularly famous for its beautiful, long sandy beaches. There are many attractions within walking distance of the house including pitch and putt, a golfing range, the Hayle estuary RSPB sanctuary and river walks. Surfing, coastal walking, kite surfing, wind surfing and a golf course are all within easy reach,  The station from the main train line is about a mile from the property and towns including St Ives, Penzance and Falmouth are all a short drive away. 

 If booking is made more than 2 months prior to the start of the holiday, 25% of the rental fee to be forwarded as holiday deposit. A security deposit of £100 is also required, refundable within two weeks of departure if all is in order. If booking is less than 2 months prior to the start of the holiday, the whole of the rental is to be paid plus the security deposit of £100.
