Set in an idyllic rural location down a long track in the heart of the countryside, this traditional granite built cottage is surrounded by farmland. Within easy reach of local amenities and many local places of interest. Offering two bedroom accommodation with facility for five persons.

Outside there are large gardens with seating and barbeque area, stream and ponds. There is ample parking. The owners accommodation is adjoining and there are a variety of animals on site, including dogs, goats, chickens and horses.

Groundfloor: large entrance porch with plenty of room for coats, body boards etc, sitting room with two sofas, coffee table, freeview TV, DVD, CD player, woodburning stove, kitchen/ diner with gas range cooker, fridge, freezer, dining table. Windows to front with views over the garden.

Upstairs: bathroom with roll top bath and shower mixer, two double bedrooms both with double beds and one with an extra single bed. Sleeps 4(+1). Windows to the front with views of the gardens and countryside beyond.

20% Deposit is payable at time of Booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to stay. Payment by Cheque or Paypal.

All fuel and linen included in the price. There are clothes washing and drying facilities on-site.

One or two dogs allowed by prior arrangement only. Dogs must not be left unattended inside or outside at any time and are not permitted on the furniture, please bring your own dog bed. We can provide a dog crate if your dog is used to one. There is no smoking inside the cottage. Due to there being animals, ponds and running water on site children must be supervised at all times.

5 mins drive to Helston and all its amenities. Swimming pool, Pubs, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets.

Walking distance to Trevarno Estate & Gardens. Other local attractions include The Seal Sanctuary, Flambards, Godlphin House, Poldark Mine, Cornish Camels and the Lizard Peninsular.

Short drive to a selection of local beaches inc. Porthleven, Praa Sands, Gunwallow & Poldhu. Some allow dogs all year round but please check beforehand.

The towns of Penzance, Falmouth, Truro & Lizard Peninsular all within easy driving distance.
