Chy an Pol is a spacious, detached family home situated on the waters edge on the outskirts of Hayle. It boasts stunning sea views and is within walking distance to all the amenities that Hayle has to offer (which there are many). Directly from the house there are a wealth of activities to enjoy....fishing, walking, bird watching, crabbing, swimming as well as watching the golfers, gig rowers, water-skiers and fishing boats coming in and out of the harbour. The house is a great base for any family/families wishing to really enjoy the Cornish lifestyle of surfing, beaching and outdoor living.
Chy an Pol has a secure child/toddler safe back garden and we can offer stair gate, high chair and cot free of charge on request.
There are several lovely walks from the property and a cycle path across the road.
Chy an Pol is very well situated to not only enjoy the local Hayle beaches, but also to access St.Ives, Penzance and the Lands End Peninsula. The St.Ives park and ride station is 5 minutes away and the Eden Project is approx. 1 hour away. The Scillonian and helicopter that travels to the beautiful Isles of Scilly is 20 mins by car.
Hayle has shops, restaurants, take aways, banks, bars, laundrette, post office, pharmacy, garages and hairdressers.

Payment:
20% deposit charged on booking Chy an Pol. Payment in full to be settled two weeks prior to arrival date.
A Damage Deposit:
We take a cheque for £200 which will be destroyed once you have departed.
Arrival & Departure:
Saturday 2pm arrival, Saturday 10am departure.
Cancellation:
We refund all bar the deposit.

Additional Information
The kitchen has a large gas/electric range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a freezer, washing machine, Wi-Fi access and a Wii elsewhere in the house.
The house is centrally heated and there is a wood burner in the lounge.
Good quality bed linen and towels are provided.
Welcome pack on arrival.
There is a baby cot, high chair and stair gate.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept downstairs.
Chy an Pol is a no smoking property.
There is no surcharge for utilities. There is ample mobile phone reception in the house but there is no land line telephone.
