A deposit of £50.00 per week is required for each static caravan booked. A deposit of £100.00 per week is required for the cottage. IN THE EVENT OF AN CANCELATION THE DEPOSIT IS NON-RETURNABLE. We do advise people taking a holiday to take out holiday insurance.

ALL STATIC CARAVANS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS

BALANCE OF HIRE: Is due payable 28 days before commencement of your holiday. We reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if your balance is not paid 28 days before commencement of your holiday. NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT.

LINEN: All Static Holiday Caravans & Cottage have duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

CARAVANS & COTTAGE: May not be claimed normally until 2:00 PM on the day booked and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

BICYCLES: Under no circumstances are bicycles allowed inside the accommodation.

GENERAL: It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to property.

BOOKINGS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR COUPLES AND FAMILYS.

We do not employ lifeguards in our swimming pool children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The swimming pool is open from the end of May until the 6th September. Should any guests cause problems or inconvenience to other guests or staff, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the park without a refund.
