Gunvenna Holiday Park has teamed up with the leading lodge manufactures, (Pathfinder Park Homes and Devon Pine Lodges) to develop the future of holiday homes. With over 50 years of building expertise and being some of only a few manufactures to build the holiday homes as one piece in the factory, before dividing it into two parts for delivery. This is a very important part of the build process as when the holiday home is sited on the park it will fit together perfectly. Ensuring a very high quality along with its stunning design qualities.
Each lodge is 44ft long and 20ft wide, but the internal layout is down to you. The design team at the factory will show you some initiative plans for the layout of your new holiday home. As well as helping you make your dream holiday home become a reality. After the layout has been fixed the next stage is what kind of finish you would like inside. You can chose every part of your new holiday home from paint to carpets, wood to work tops.

Each lodge comes with a 40 year licence agreement backed by the BH.&HPA
