| 3 Lamanva Barns is situated
3 miles from the popular sailing resort of Falmouth
and within easy reach of the Helford River with
its exotic gardens Glendurgan, Trebah and Carwinion.
Nestled in a rural hamlet setting, 3 Lamanva Barns
is a converted granite barn, which has recently
been extended and upgraded. Converted to provide
a spacious, character family home, the Barn is fully
equipped for family living and has well stocked
gardens, patio areas and parking for several cars.
Close at hand is the pretty village of Mawnan Smith
with its thatched pub and popular Italian restaurant
and there is a farm shop stocking local fruit, veg,
bread and dairy products 400 yards away. Local and
nearby golf courses include Budock Vean 9-hole course
(4 miles), Falmouth links course (3 miles), Mullion
and 40 minutes away; Trevose. |

parking and boat storage. 3 Lamanva Barns has a
sunny front garden, large rear garden with trampoline,
swings and slide, patio area with barbecue and seating. |
| From Lamanva Barns you have
easy access to the bustling harbour town of Falmouth,
which is home to the National Maritime Museum, sandy
beaches and a large selection of restaurants, bars
and cafes. The main roads to Truro (20 minutes drive)
and North Cornish Coast are close at hand and to
the west the Lizard peninsula, Land's End and St
Ives (roughly 40 minutes drive). Trebah, Glendurgan
and Carwinion Gardens are all within 5 minutes drive.
The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project
are both within an hours drive. |

£1400 per week from 17th July
to 28th August, £1300 from 28th August to 4th September.
50% deposit taken with outstanding amount payable
6 weeks prior to arrival. |
