BEACHCOMBER APARTMENT - 50 metres from Perranporth beach
Beachcomber is a two-bedroom villa in a prime position within 50 metres of the magnificent Perranporth Beach. The villa has a new kitchen, bathroom and has been nicely furnished. It benefits from having a balcony from one of the bedrooms upstairs overlooking the glorious golden sands. It is situated in the middle of its block within a small complex of beachside apartments.
Undercover parking for one car is at the front entrance.
Downstairs accommodation: Kitchen: Newly fitted units with ample work surfaces. Lounge / diner: A spacious room with views towards the sand dunes. There are two comfy leather sofas, a dining table with chairs to accommodate six people, and a flat screen t.v. with a dvd player. Upstairs: Bedroom one: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Bedroom two: Two single beds and pine bunk beds (all 3ft). This room benefits from having a balcony. Bathroom: Walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.

The lounge has beamed ceilings, Cornish stone walls and Georgian style windows from which you can enjoy views of the beach. To the front of the cottage there is a small courtyard where you can sit out and enjoy the Cornish fresh air.
