Higher Tresmorn offers five self catering cottages set in the recently refurbished 16th Century farm buildings. All are beautifully equipped, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, adjacent to National Trust land, Higher Tresmorn farm is the ideal location to enjoy the beauty of Cornwall.
You can enjoy the dramatic views from the coastal path or walk along the cliff top, discovering the hidden coves of the area.
Take to the surf at Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, or find the secret world of Cornwall's fascinating rock pools at many of the local beaches.

Little Wren - Sleeps 5 + cot

Large double room and a second room with bunk beds and a single bed. A large family bathroom and a separate shower room. The new open plan kitchen sitting room has a tiled floor in the kitchen area and carpeted through the rest and is fitted with oak units and tiled worktops, the kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and a washing machine with tumble dryer. The sitting area has comfy sofas and chairs with a TV, video and a CD player. All towels (not beach) and bed linen included.

The open plan kitchen and sitting area has oak fitted kitchen units with tiled work tops, with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and an oven a hob and a microwave and a washing machine with tumble dryer. The sitting area has comfy sofas and chairs with a TV, Video and a CD player. All towels (not beach) and bed linen included.
The Roundhouse - Sleeps 6 + cot

Marvellous views and extremely comfortable accommodation. Pretty open plan kitchen and sitting room with slate floors and window sills. Lots of the original timbers with loads of character, there is an oak fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. A sitting area with comfy sofas and chairs, a wood burner for colder nights and a TV with DVD player plus a CD. There are two double rooms both with king sized beds, one with an ensuite shower and the other with a bath all on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an attic room with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with an electric shower in the bath. All towels (not beach) are included.

The annex is a converted barn at the end of the main farmhouse, a wonderful building with great character and a very romantic feel. A lovely galleried bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Then a kitchen and sitting area downstairs, fitted with oak units, Belfast sink and a comfortable sitting area with good lighting and comfy sofa and chair to curl up in and read a good book or watch the TV or a Video, fabulous walking across the field to the coastal path to take you in any direction. Short breaks available. All towels (not beach) and bed linen are included.
Coxford Barn - Sleeps 2

Coxford Barn is a recently converted shippon approximately 3/4 mile from Crackington Haven, the cottage is superbly located with views across open farmland to the sea and coastal cliffs. Accommodation comprises beamed open plan sitting room/ kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and a washing machine, bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and electric shower in the bath. Outside it has ample parking and a delightful private securely fenced garden with patio and garden furniture.

Location
Local amenities in Wainhouse Corner include a petrol station, general stores and a sub-post office. There is also The Wainhouse Corner Inn, a free house that serves delicious bar snacks and meals. Crackington Haven has an excellent beach shop that hires wetsuits, a lovely tea room and an extremely good pub.
Bude is 12 miles away and caters for all your other needs. As well as its harbour and large sandy beaches there are some wonderful beach attractions. Hotels, restaurants, cafés and tea rooms are plentiful - the main shopping centre has a wide variety of shops as well as supermarkets and a main post office.
