| Backalong has been refurbished
and re-built into contemporary luxury six person accommodation.
It has a large open plan living area with glass doors
which can be fully opened up onto the beautiful southwest
facing garden. Perfect for enjoying those summer BBQs
in the afternoon and evening sun. The house is fully equipped
and you will want for nothing. |
| LOCATION |
| Backalong is located in a quiet residential
access only lane with detached houses set amongst trees
and gardens just a stones throw from the beach at Widemouth
Bay. There is also an award winning pub ‘The Bay View
Inn’ within a ½ mile walk of the property and a local
shop serving fresh locally caught fish and other produce. |
| THE ACCOMMODATION |
| The house is rented as a three bedroom
property. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other
bedroom has two single beds. A luxury family bathroom
is shared between these and has a bath with shower over,
sink and wc. There is an additional large shower in the
rear utility room. The exceptionally spacious main living
area is open plan and has a lounge, dining area and kitchen.
The lounge has numerous comfy sofas, TV, DVD, freesat
and Xbox. The front of the house has two eight foot folding/sliding
doors that open onto the southwest facing garden so you
can make the most of the sunshine. The kitchen is bespoke
hand painted oak and has all the luxuries you would expect;
a huge larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher and rangemaster
cooker. At the rear of the property there is a utility
room with washing machine and wetsuit drying and rinsing
facilities. |
| OUTSIDE |
| The property has a lovely private
100ft garden leading off from the sliding doors. There
is off-road parking for several cars. At the rear of the
property there is also a vegetable garden and access to
the utility room. |

Saturday to Saturday and prices include all linen and
