HIRE ITEMS AND PRICES FOR 2003/3

If a property you book does not already provide (or hire) linen, baby equipment, video etc. you can if you wish hire the following from Padstow Management:

LINEN HIRE (2002/3 PRICES)
May be hired by the week or by the fortnight. If hired by the week and you wish to stay more than one week we will come and change it for you at the end of each week. Rates are as follows:

Linen with weekly change - rates per person per week (or part thereof) - £9.50
Standard Bed linen (duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcases), bath sheet, hand towel and tea towel, including making beds. There is an additional charge of £2.10 where you want a double or king-size bed for just one person.

Linen with fortnightly change - rates per person per fortnight (or part thereof) - £14.75
Standard Bed linen (duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcases), bath sheet, hand towel and tea towel, including making beds. There is an additional charge of £2.40 where you want a double or king-size bed for just one person.

HIRE OF BABY EQUIPMENT AND OTHER EQUIPMENT (2002 PRICES)
This is charged out on a weekly rate but extra weeks are usually at a reduced rate, see below. Prices include delivery and - for a cot or a video - assembly and installation. N.B. all weekly rates quoted are the same for part weeks.

Standard Cot (no bedding nor linen included)
£15.00 first week £10.00 subsequent week(s).

Travel Cot (no bedding nor linen included)
£9.50 first week £6.00 subsequent week(s).

High Chair (no harness included)
£7.50 first week £4.75 subsequent week(s).

Z bed (2'3" wide) (no bedding nor linen included)
£7.50 first week £4.75 subsequent week(s).

Z bed bedding (duvet & pillow only: no linen included)
£3.75 first week £3.25 subsequent week(s).

HOW AND WHEN TO ORDER

Having booked one of our properties you will automatically be sent a hire order form with the direction and information pack sent to you with the receipt for your balance or full payment. However, if you are booking a cottage less than two weeks before you are arriving, there may be insufficient time to use this method to hire something. In these circumstances you should advise us at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter. NB - Before ordering anything please check the property details to ensure that what you want is not already included or cannot be hired directly from the owner. (There are property links at the bottom of this page so you can use these to check the details of the property you have booked or wish to book).

HIRE CONDITIONS

Any items hired from Padstow Management are hired under the following conditions:

Cancellation of the hire order or part thereof once hire items have been delivered to the property will attract a cancellation charge of one third of the cost of the weekly hire of the cancelled
item(s).
The hirer must take good care of the items hired and pay for any damage or loss.
Any existing damage or omission in the number of hired items must be reported within 24 hrs.
Linen and towels are not to be taken out of the property (bring your own beach towels).
Hire charges must be paid for prior to occupation by separate cheque made out to Padstow Management and should not therefore be included in any rental payment.
