The bungalow consists of an open plan arrangement with a light oak fitted kitchen and tiled floor, and a separate dining area at one end. An archway leads through to a comfortable lounge with a LCD TV with freeview and DVD recorder with hardrive.
The bathroom is tastefully decorated with co-ordinating wall and floor tiles and a white bathroom suite, with an electric shower over the bath.
The bedrooms have electric panel heaters and are double, twin and bunked. The lawn extends around three sides of the property and there is a summerhouse in the garden including a BBQ and garden furniture. Off road parking is available.

All the amenities of Tintagel village with its selection of shops and pubs are nearby, as are stunning cliff walks leading down to Castle Beach, Bossiney Cove and Rocky Valley. The medieval ruins of 'King Arthur's Castle', King Arthur's Great Halls, and the 14th century "Old Post Office" are within a few minutes walk. The beautiful beach of Trebarwith Strand is approximately 2 miles by road.
